FarflungRoutes is a phone-based flight booking assistance service. Our agents search available fares across carriers and, at your request, complete a booking on your behalf. We are an intermediary and are not an airline; each booking is ultimately subject to the operating carrier's own fare rules, baggage policy, and conditions of carriage.

Fares quoted during a call reflect availability at the time of the call and can change before a booking is confirmed, since airline pricing updates continuously. We'll confirm the final price with you before charging any payment method.

In addition to the airline fare, a service fee for booking assistance may apply and will be disclosed to you verbally before you authorize payment. All charges are billed to the payment method you provide during the call.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed primarily by the operating airline's fare rules. Call (844) 213-5611 as soon as possible if your plans change and we'll walk you through what the airline allows for your specific fare.

We work to book accurate itineraries based on the information you provide, but we are not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or government travel restrictions that arise after booking.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
